1. What types of truck lights do you offer?

We offer a full range of truck lights, including LED tail lights, brake lights, side marker lights, turn signal lights, warning lights, headlamps, fog lights, and work lights. All products are available for both 12V and 24V systems.

1.What kind of warranty will i have?

(1) Warranty: 12 months,Some lights with 18 months. (2) During warranty period, new replacements will be sent together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. PS: Your high-definition pictures or video of the failure will be needed while processing warranty issues. If big quantities are defect, then customer have to return the products back to our factory, we will pay for the shipping fee,we will test it to check what is the problem and let it not happen again.

2. Are your truck lights compatible with all vehicle models?

Yes, our LED truck lights are designed for universal fit. They are compatible with most commercial trucks, trailers, pickup trucks, vans, and off-road vehicles. We also provide customized solutions for special vehicles.

2.What kind of customization can you provide?

(1)We can provide OEM/ODM for any new light.For OEM, you just have to provide us a sample or the detailed drawings,we can make out 100% same product as the sample.For ODM, you have to tell us your thought or request, we will design and make it out as your request. (2)The package and customized box is acceptable.

3. Are your truck lights waterproof and weather-resistant?

Absolutely. All our truck lights are IP67 or IP68 rated, making them waterproof, dustproof, and resistant to harsh weather conditions. They are built for durability in rain, snow, mud, and high-temperature environments.

3.How do you ship my orders and how long is the delivery date?

(1) Small orders shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, etc, It will take about 3-7days for arriving. (2) Bulk order shipped by sea or by air cargo,It will take 10-30days for arriving.

4. Do you offer DOT or ECE certified lights?

Yes. Many of our vehicle lighting products are certified to meet DOT, SAE, and ECE standards, ensuring compliance with North American and European regulations.

5. What is your sample policy?

We can supply free sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

6. Can I install truck lights myself, or do I need a professional?

Most of our truck lights feature a plug-and-play design, making them easy to install without special tools. However, for complex electrical systems or fleet upgrades, we recommend professional installation.
